Dale E. Roeseler, age 60 of Fond du Lac passed away peacefully with the love of his family surrounding him on November 14, 2025 after a brief but hard-fought battle with lung cancer.
Dale was born in Hartford, WI on May 10, 1965 and was lovingly raised by his parents, Orval and Mary Ann (Steinmann) Roeseler. Dale's early education was at Peace Lutheran Church and School, followed by graduation from Hartford Union High School in 1983. He continued his studies at Moraine Park Technical College, building the foundation for his future endeavors.
On July 27, 1985 Dale married his high school sweetheart and true soulmate, Lisa. Their bond was the kind people spend a lifetime searching for - deep, loyal, playful, and unshakably devoted. Together they settled in Fond du Lac and in 1986 they purchased and ran Pit Stop Plus for 15 years before selling the business. Afterward, Dale continued his entrepreneurial spirit by founding Perfection Lawn Care, where he brought the same dedication and pride to his work. He also worked outside sales at Anders Auto Parts for several years up until his illness, where his friendliness and strong work ethic left a lasting impression on colleagues and customers alike.
Dale was known for his generous heart and willingness to help anyone in need. Whether it was a neighbor, a friend, or a stranger, Dale showed up - no questions asked. His work ethic was unmatched, and his kindness was effortless. His warmth, humor, and presence will be deeply missed, leaving a void in the lives of all who were blessed to know him.
Throughout his life, he found joy in the simple but meaningful things: camping and boating with his family and friends, snowmobile trips up north, weekend Harley rides, cruising in his Camaro on a sunny afternoon, and exploring and traveling with Lisa. Those who shared these moments with him will forever treasure the memories, the stories, and the humor he brought along.
Survivors include his two daughters Ashley (Cameron) Winkler of Fond du Lac and Holly (Adam) Hackbarth of Ripon. Four grandchildren; Ella Winkler, Declan Winkler, Emily Hackbarth and Austin Brown. Mother, Mary Ann Roeseler of Hartford, brother and best friend Keith (Jodi) Roeseler of Fond du Lac, mother-in-law Lilybeth Dais of Fond du Lac, brother-in-law Brian Dais of Phoenix, sister-in-law Kim (Gene) Meidl of Manitowoc. He also leaves behind a brother and sister not by blood, but by heart; Tyrone Letto and Kris Birky along with many other dear friends and family.
Preceding him in death was his beloved wife Lisa Roeseler (2025), father Orval Roeseler (2020) father-in-law Walter Dais (2021) and five special grandchildren that never made it into this world.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Robert Geck at Aurora, Dr. Leah Wells at UW-Madison, and the compassionate staff at SSM Hospice Home of Hope for their exceptional care, kindness, and support during Dale's final days.
After a life lived with strength, loyalty and love, Dale is finally reunited with Lisa, where their journey together continues. A private memorial service will be held and immediately following; Dale's family would like to extend an invitation to family and friends for a celebration of life at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday November 29, 2025, at Avenue 795, 795 Fond du Lac Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935
