Dale Weisel Obituary

Born on April 22, 1954, in Kittery, Maine, to his predeceased father Donald Weisel and his surviving mother Marion (Matteson) Weisel, Dale was a lifelong resident of Chalfont, Pa.
He was the former owner of Hatfield Bike Shop and later was employed as an automotive mechanic with Peruzzi Toyota of Hatfield. Dale enjoyed bicycles, Formula 1 Racing and cars, a music enthusiast and avid Sixers fan.
He was the beloved husband of 33 years to Barrae (Wightman) Weisel; devoted father of Kevin Weisel (fiancée Michelle Hernandez), and Rebecca Weisel; dear brother of Karen (Wayne) Balnis, David (Ronna Rajaniemi) Weisel, and Christine (Robert) McNaull; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 pm. Family and friends will celebrate Dale's life during this time period.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to American Heart Association (Heart.org) or Breakthrough T1D (Breakthrought1d.org).
