Dale Eugene Zimmerman

Dale and Danna (Krogman) Zimmerman Dale, age 76 of Hopkins, MN, passed away July 25, 2025. Danna, age 77 of Hopkins, MN, passed away May 16, 2025. Proceeded in death: parents for both, three brothers, two sisters, and 2 nephews. Dale born to Harvey and Betty Zimmerman, was born in Redwood falls, MN and raised in Hopkins, MN. Danna born to Carl and Evelyn Krogman, was born in Adrian, MN and raised in Lismore, MN. They met through family and friends and were married October 5th, 1968. Both worked in production facilities, Dale for DataCard and Danna for General Mills. They will always be remembered for being wonderful parents, grandparents, aunt, uncle, brother, sister and friend. Survived by son, Dan (Andrea) Zimmerman and daughter, Debbie Jay; grandchildren, Alyssa Zimmerman, Ethan Zimmerman, Peyton Jay; sisters Delaine Zimmerman, Darla Frey; brothers Wayne Krogman, Daryl Krogman, Dann Krogman; life time friends, Tim and Mary Engstrom and many other friends and relatives. Visitation and funeral service for both Dale and Danna will be held on Saturday, September 13th at Washburn-McReavy Hopkins Funeral Chapel, 1400 Mainstreet, Hopkins. Visitation from 11 AM to 12 noon with the funeral service 12:00-1:00 PM, and luncheon to follow.
