Dallas “Neal” Sidders, 91, of Wood River died on February 22, 2024, in Kenesaw, NE. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Wood River Cemetery in Wood River, NE with pastor Geoffery Iringo officiating. Apfel Funeral Home is in care of the family.

Neal was born on September 1, 1932, to Vernon and Iva (Waggoner) Sidders in Silver Creek, NE. He grew up in Central City, NE and received his education at Central City Public Schools. He was united in marriage to Rozella Hesselgesser on September 7, 1952. They lived in Boelus and Wood River, where he farmed his entire life. He was a member of Wood River First United Methodist Church in Wood River, NE.
He is survived by his wife Rozella, children Dale (Kay) Sidders, David (Rhonda) Sidders, Duane (Carol) Sidders, 10 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, brother, Larry, and sister Gail.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dean, and sister Willa.
