Dam Ho-Pham was preceded in death by her mother, father, husband Hao Quang Phan, and daughter Thanh Huong Thi Phan. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her 7 children Steven Phan, Khanh Phan, Karen Phan, Trang Phan, Danh Phan, Tiffany Phan, and Huy Phan; her 8 grandchildren, and her many nephews and nieces.
The family is hosting a memorial service on July 6th, 2025 that will begin at 9:00 AM at Owen Funeral Home in Jeffersontown.
