Dan David Haines Jr., 53, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024 in Flemingsburg.
He was born on November 10, 1970 in Warren, Ohio, a son of the late Dan D. Haines and Cynthia Nesbitt.
Dan worked in telecommunications prior to becoming disabled.
He was a very animated and onery individual who would tell you like it was but had the kindest heart. He would give his last dime to anyone in need. Dan loved tinkering with cars and working on and riding motorcycles. He could easily make anyone laugh. He was a kind easy going soul.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Dan David Haines III, four brothers, Donnie Riddle, Joseph Wallace, Danny Haines and Keith Haines and one sister, Evelyn Poor.
Survivors include his daughter, Alison Haines of Flemingsburg, his son, Dylan Boggs of Mansfield, Ohio, his sister, Mary Hampton of Birmingham, Alabama and several other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Bradley Cemetery on Dry Branch in Soldier, Kentucky.
