Daniel Warren "Danny" Baker

Daniel "Danny" Warren Baker, age 61, of Jefferson City, entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Danny was a member of New Market United Methodist Church and a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He was an alumnus of the Phi Kappa Tau brotherhood. Danny graduated from Jefferson County High School in 1983, where he held the rank of Colonel and was the Regimental Commander of the JROTC program. He was a former employee of North American Philips and CTI PET Systems. Preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Delaine Hodge Baker; grandparents, Charles and Myrtle Baker, Ed Hodge, and Betty Simpson. Danny will be greatly missed by his parents, Warren and Ann Baker; sisters, Brenda Baker, Julie Vaughn, and Jennifer Davis; nieces and nephews, Jessica and Austin Henson, Mackenna Loy, Brady Vaughn, Malachi Davis, and Emily Collins; great nieces, Emilia and Lola Fassel

The family will receive friends at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market on Thursday, November 20th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the funeral to follow at 6:00 PM, with Larry Baldwin officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Friday, November 21st, at 10:15 AM for a procession to Pleasant Grove Fielden Cemetery for an 11:00 AM graveside service. Pallbearer honors by Austin Henson, Mitch Fassel, Brady Vaughn, Aaron Loy, Malachi Davis, Ronnie Ballinger, and Jimmy Ballinger. Fielden Funeral Home is honored to serve the Baker family.
