He worked in the medical imaging technology field at CTI PET Systems, Inc. and Siemens Healthineers for 40 years. Rick was proud to be the William Blount High School golf coach for the last four years. He enjoyed many hobbies over the years, with fishing, hunting and golfing being his favorites. Rick also enjoyed watching his children play various sports over the years.
Rick was preceded in death by his father, Boyd Etherton, as well as his grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Rick leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 30 years, Traci Etherton; son, Nicklaus Etherton; daughter, Natalie Etherton; mother, Iva Webster; and his special fishing buddy, the family dog, Yogi. Rick also leaves behind many dear fishing, hunting and golfing buddies who will miss him greatly.
