Daniel Craig Bundy

Daniel Craig Bundy, age 40, of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Born in Elizabeth City on December 11, 1983 to Alton Lee Bundy, Jr. and Cheryl Hassell Bundy, he was the husband of Lindsay Brinson Bundy.
Daniel had a deep love for baseball, finding joy both in playing and in coaching others. He was an avid hunter, particularly deer hunting. Above all, Daniel treasured the moments he spent with his boys. His greatest joy came from the time shared with them.
In addition to his spouse and parents, he is survived by his sons, Andrew "AJ" Bundy and Tyler Bundy; sister, Chasity Bundy and her children, Destiny and Kamron; brother, Adam Bundy and wife Marsha and their children, Maddie and Carson; paternal grandmother, Virginia Bundy; mother-in-law, Cindy Brinson; sister-in-law, Whitney Brinson and her children, Kayla and Steve; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends. Daniel was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Alton Bundy, Sr., maternal grandparents, Tex and Loy Hassell, and father-in-law, Jimmy "Buck Bob" Brinson, Jr.
A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Twiford Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Lloyd Meads officiating. The family will receive friends and family immediately following the service in the chapel lobby and all other times at the residence.
