Survived by loving wife of 53 years: Linda Cox. daughters: Becca Canales (Phil) and Beth Davis; grandchildren: Rachel, Zeke, Caleb, Micki, Gabe, Hannah, Nate, Jake, and Leah; sister: Diane Carter; K-9 companions: Sassy, Miley, and Gemma; several extended family and dear friends.
Daniel graduated from University of Toledo as an electrical engineer. He was a member of a barbershop quartet, Sons of the King gospel quartet. He loved playing softball, and he was an avid Ohio State and University of Toledo football fan. He especially loved attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
He was a loving husband, father, and papa, who will be forever missed. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Habegger Funeral Services is honored to serve the Cox family. We encourage you to share a fond memory or condolences by visiting www.habeggerfuneralservices.com

Linda, Diane and families. So sorry to hear of Danny´s passing. It´s been years since I have seen all of you but I think of you every time I go past uncle Kenny and aunt June´s house. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Linda, Diane & families,
I am so sorry to hear of Danny's passing. Though we didn't see each other often, it was always a nice surprise when I would run him and Linda out and about somewhere. He was always so cheerful and quick with a hug. I know you will find comfort in your years of memories together.

To "Danny´s" family, I lost track of both Dan and Diane decades ago and was never able to find either of them since. I have many great memories of our childhood and wish we could have shared more.
I was able to visit Uncle Ken a few times and finally shortly before his passing, it was a wonderful visit.
