The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, located at 802 F St., in Rupert, with the Rev. Father Camilo Garcia as celebrant. Burial will follow at Gem Memorial Gardens in Burley.
An evening vigil will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6 p.m.

Danny and I go way back to High school years. We use to break dance together and listen to oldies with Fernando and myself cruising up and down overland. You will be missed my friend.

I had the privilege of getting to know this man. Who was not only wonderful but full of life. I remember taking this pic for him he was all excited and said hey esa take a pic for me please we sat outside that day after the pic and he was trying to upload it with his oldie music and we kept searching for what seemed like an hour or more to pick the right son for his story and then would get mad and say esa u didn't do it right I don't want my pic like that we debated that night sitting outside smoking a cigg what song would best go with his pic he was all smiles because he said we was looking good for the Rucas I will truly miss him he was a and will forever be a good man and friend in my eyes. A big heart we shed some tears together and he would say eh ese I know God crossed our paths for a reason. I would lecture him about his health and his meds and tell him I'm a call ur mom he be like no don't tell mom I'm saddened he's gone.
