We were brothers in fun at St Theresa's School & Church from 2nd through 7th grade. Boy Scouts, Baseball, Skating, and, of course, Altar Boys for the entire time. Unfortunately lost touch with each other after my family moved to New Hampshire in 1965, but a friends and colleague. Godspeed and be with you, Danny, your friend, Bob Faulkner

Dan, did not know you had passed. You and I started TAS. You moved on, but I stayed for 38 years. We had some great times and some very sad times. Our students were at great risk and we were new. How we tried!
You were destined for something else and you followed that path. You and Mary have left your mark and it will endure.
` May the wind under your wings take you to where the Sun sails in the moonwalks´

Dan helped me for years to work through my troubled teen years and early 20´s. I think of him often with a smile. I was just looking him up for the first time in years and am so sad to see he has just recently passed away. My heart goes out to you all as you grieve. I, too, am grieving his loss.
My deepest condolences,
Lindsey

My most sincere condolences to the Gates family. I knew Dan thru My many years with Greenwoods and Washington Counseling Services. I admired his commitment to his work. God bless so many who will sorely miss him.
