He is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Ozuna Gutierrez and Lydia Garcia Gutierrez; and his sister, Julie Gutierrez; and his grandson, Derrick Gutierrez Jr.
He is survived by his children, Amber Garcia (Mike), Derrick Gutierrez, Josh Gomez, Audrey Castro (Adrian), Maryssa Gutierrez, and Daniel Gutierrez; grandchildren, Lauren Martinez (Roman), Leanna Ortiz (Joseph), Kevin Garcia, Mathias Gutierrez, Adrian Castro II, Ariah Castro, Emelina Castro, Jayce Castro, and Jaxton Gutierrez; great grandchildren, Maverick Ortiz, Nicolas Lopez, Lena Martinez and Roman Martinez; and siblings, Anthony Gutierrez, Christopher Gutierrez, and Rosemary Gutierrez; as well as numerous loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752, with Prayer Services beginning at 7:00 p.m.
