Daniel Scott Hollman

Hollman, Daniel Scott, age 55 of North Minneapolis passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024, surrounded by family after a brief, but valiant battle with cancer. Dan was born on March 18, 1969, in Minneapolis, MN to Ervin and Gloria (Sutton) Hollman. Staying true to the culture of a "Northsider", he would never shy away from helping someone when they were in need. Dan had a passion for spending time with his family, friends and those he cared about. He enjoyed fixing things and never backed down from a challenging repair. Dan loved sharing a good cup of coffee with family and friends.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his son Daniel J. (Alesha), grandchildren Jonathan, William and Audrie Hollman, all of Moorhead, MN, brothers David (Mary) and Doug Hollman of Hanover, MN, and beloved dogs Mia, Marlo and Emma. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside burial observance will be held at Hillside Cemetery, 2600 19th Ave NE Minneapolis, MN 55418 at 2:30 pm on Friday, December 20, 2024. Immediately following the burial, family and friends are welcome to gather at Tootie's on Lowry, 2706 Lowry Ave N Minneapolis, MN 55411 from 3:30-5:30 pm to share stories and remember Dan at his favorite neighborhood bar and grill. Food and beverages will be available for purchase if desired.
