Daniel Langowski Obituary
Daniel “Deeker” Langowski, age 94 of Minocqua, WI passed away on Friday, December 6th at his residence with his family by his side. Daniel was born on April 6, 1930 in Cudahy, WI the son of Jon and Jozefa Langowski.
Deeker graduated from Cuhahy High School, served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and worked for the city of Cudahy as a mechanic. He married Carolyn Gasper on October 13, 1956, she survives. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn, his children John (Jean), Jill (Glenn) Howell and Craig (Arlene) and by his grandchildren Tamara (Jackson) Kesy, Lora Langowski, Allison (Tom) Kais, Adam (Shannara) Langowski and Dakota Howell and by great grandchildren Alrek and Addison Langowski and Gregory and Charlotte Kais and by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12th from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church and Funeral Mass will be at 2:00 pm. Burial with Military honors will be on Friday, December 13th at 10:00 am at Northwoods National Cemetery in Harshaw, WI.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Compassus Hospice, 1571 US 51, Suite C, Arbor Vitae, WI 54568.
