Daniel Ray Lasyone entered into eternal rest on August 7, 2024. Beloved husband of Hope Mire Lasyone. Father of Britny Lasyone, Lexi Lasyone, and Dylan Lasyone. Stepfather of Paul Smith, Jr. Grandfather of Bentley Lasyone. Step-grandfather of Derrick Smith. Son of the late Kenneth Lasyone and Jeanne Marie Boudreaux Lasyone. Brother of Darrell Lasyone (Diane), Connie Peltier (Anthony), and the late Larry Lasyone and Wayne Lasyone. Also survived by nieces, nephews, Godchildren Brit-Lea Lasyone Smith and Tony Peltier, and a host of extended family. Age 57 years, a native of Waggaman, and a resident of Luling, LA. Daniel was employed for 36 years until retirement with the City of Gretna as the Director of Public Works. 

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 1:30 PM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until mass time.
