Daniel Oxendine

After a long, courageous battle with cancer, Daniel Oxendine passed away on September 28,2018. Daniel was born in Robeson County, North Carolina and was a longtime resident of Wallingford, Pennsylvania (Garden City Section). He was a painter and loved to show and tell you about all the places he had painted. He was proceeded in death by his wife Doris Oxendine (Hale), His son Clayton Dunn, his parents and 11 brothers and sisters and was a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. He is survived by his three children Debrah Oxendine (Thomas), Dawn Pino (Michael), and Daniel Oxendine. His grandchildren, Ian Anderson, Damarys Oxendine, and Kimberly Oxendine. He also has a large family that loves him very much in North and South Carolina. Visitation will take place Tuesday evening at 7-8:30pm with service at 8:30pm at Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa. 19015. Daniel will be laid to rest in his beloved North Carolina. Visitation will be Friday October 5th from 9-10am at Revels Funeral Home 3575 N. Roberts Ave. Lumberton, North Carolina 28360. Burial at Piney Grove Cemetery in Fairmont, North Carolina.
