Daniel J Paden passed away unexpectedly in his home in Torrington, CT on Nov. 12th, 2024 at the age of 40.
Daniel is survived by his wife Ashley Paden and his children Caroline and Caleb Paden. His mother Charlotte Paden of Franklin, PA, his sisters Bobbie Jo Mrowka of Winsted, CT; Amy Jo Appleton of Pittsfield, MA, and his brother Raymond Paden Jr. of Oil City, PA. Daniel is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Raymond Paden Sr. of Franklin, PA.
His children remember him as a fun, loving father who enjoyed doing activities with them. They also remember how proud he was with their love of music and sports. Daniel was passionate about his job as a butcher and manager at Litchfield Locker and often came home happy with what he accomplished. He often enjoyed watching hockey and attending games.
Even though Daniel was no longer an active firefighter, he still had the
passion for the career. He will be deeply missed.
The funeral is scheduled on Thursday Nov. 21st 2024 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Rowe Funeral home in Litchfield.

Few care enough to volunteer to be there when a person is having the worst day of their lives, and I thank you for being one of those that cared. Rest easy Dan. Prayers to the Paden family for peace and understanding in this time of questions.
