Daniel B. Wanner, 85, of Macungie, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice.

He was the beloved husband of Virginia (Boetsch) Wanner. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Daniel K. and Florence (Bourne) Wanner. Daniel was a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and enjoyed a successful career in real estate and residential construction. A self-taught and highly creative individual, he took great pride in his work and pursuits. He enjoyed playing golf and was a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan. Most of all, Daniel cherished time spent with his family, especially during vacations to Ocean City, New Jersey, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was a faithful and longtime member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church.

Daniel is also survived by his son, Stephen Wanner, and daughter-in-law, Kathryn, of West Chester, Pennsylvania; his daughter, Christine Maguire, and son-in-law, Jim, of Narberth, Pennsylvania; his cherished grandchildren, Kieran, Seamus, Erin, Sarah, Annelise, Ella, and John; and his sister, Ruth Baltozer, wife of Gary, of North Wales, Pennsylvania.

Services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 12:30 PM at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, 1151 South Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown. Visitation 11:30 to 12:30 PM in the church. Private interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Macungie.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, 1151 South Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA 18103.
