A Celebration of Life will be held for Daniel at 4:00 PM at The Pine's Clubhouse at Lake Arrowhead on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
The family asks that friends and family share memories and stories of Daniel on his Tribute wall, and at the Celebration of Life.
Daniel was born on October 19, 1961, in Chicago, IL to the late Daniel and Dolores Wetterer. He married Lisa M. Sabia on January 27, 2023, in Jamaica. After graduating high school in 1979, Daniel went on to become a police officer in Chicago, IL for 27 years until his retirement in February of 2017. In his spare time, Daniel enjoyed golfing, fishing, and pontoon rides with his family and friends.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Lisa Wetterer; sons, Andrew Attochi, Michael Young; siblings, Katherine, Danette, and Dawn; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Dolores Wetterer; and his loving sister, Deborah Wetterer-Ludington.
