Daniel Zieminski

Mr. Daniel Zieminski, age 77 of Delray Beach, FL passed away October 20, 2023. He was born August 29, 1946 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Sylvester and Mary Zieminski.
Along with his parents, Dan is preceded in death by his daughter Marianne Zieminski Ciccaglione.
Dan is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Donna Zieminski, son, Daniel Zieminski and his wife Stacey from Danbury, CT, grandsons, Dominic Ciccaglione and Gino Ciccaglione from AZ, step-sons Lonnie Vitello from Windermere, FL, Corey Vitello and his wife Amanda and two daughters, Dani and Joey from Round Hill, VA, and niece Jennifer Giaquinto and her children from Grafton, MA. Dan is also survived by several cousins back in his former home state of Connecticut.
In 1964, Dan graduated from Trumbull High School, obtained his Associate's Degree from the University of Bridgeport, before proudly joining the U.S. Marine Corps in 1966. Dan owned the Bridgeport restaurant "Kunkle's" and worked for several wine and beer distributors throughout his career.
Dan had a larger-than-life personality. He loved his family dearly. In his retirement, he loved to cook, eat, and travel with Donna, watch the Celtics, and spend time golfing with his friends and father-in-law, Nick Giaquinto (deceased). He also could be found cuddling up with his cat, Precious.
Please join us for a Military Tribute and Ceremony that will be had at 2:30 pm on November 2, 2023 at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S. State Road 7 (441), Lake Worth, FL 33449. A reception will be held for attending family and friends after the ceremony.
