WINCHESTER, Ind. – Dannie Allan Jackson, age 67, of Winchester, Indiana, died Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Reid Health.
Born December 5, 1953, in Winchester, Indiana, to Floyd and Violet Jackson, Dannie lived in Winchester and Farmland, Indiana, most of his life. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1971-75. Dannie formerly worked as an electrician and later retired as an over the road truck driver. He was a member of American Legion Harry Ray Post #65. Dannie loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family and friends, and having fun.

Survivors include his sons, Dean and Dannie Jackson; granddaughters, Kayle and Kelsie Jackson; sister, Janet (Bill) Mizner; brother, David (Sharon) Jackson; nephews, David Mizner and John (April) Jackson; companion, Cathy Flatter; and many friends, including his dogs, Luke and Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no public services for Dannie Allan Jackson. A private, family graveside service will be held at Balls Gap Cemetery in West Virginia. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
