Danny L. Bunker, 72, of East Moline passed away May 15, 2025 at Illini Restorative Care Center in Silvis.
Graveside services will be 11AM Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline. A celebration of life will be held 1-4PM Sunday, June 1, 2025 at The Little Brown Jug in East Moline.
Danny was born January 18, 1953 in Kewanee, IL the son of William and Audrey Smith Bunker. He served in the Army during the Vietnam Era. Danny married Debbie Dirker April 26, 2002 in Rock Island, IL. He retired from John Deere Harvester in 2009 after 32 years as a welder. He enjoyed fishing and camping and loved playing euchre.
Survivors include his wife Debbie; sons Joshua L. (America) Bunker and Joshua P. (Melissa) Kirschbaum; 8 grandchildren; brother Frank (Luann) Bunker and sister Dawn Stanley. The family would like to thank bonus daughter Amy Hernandez along with Luann Bunker, Kris Fredrickson, and Bruce Willemarck for all of their help and support.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Kelsey Sterling, and a sister Sherry Jones.
