Danny Hilton Obituary
Danny Eugene Hilton, age 73, of Dallas made his heavenly journey home on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Gastonia Health and Rehab. He was born on January 4, 1950, in Union County, the son of the late Rev. Johnny Raymond and Lois Clark Hilton.
Danny loved the Lord and loved to play his tambourine at church. He would carry his bible wherever he went and would proclaim that “this is the truth and the word.” Danny also enjoyed just riding around and you would always see him wearing a hat.
Along with his parents, Danny is preceded in death by his sister Margaret H. Chastain.
Those left to cherish his memory include his brother Tony Hilton and wife Juanita; brother-in-law Larry J. Chastain; along with several nieces and nephews that loved and cherished him.
To celebrate the life of Danny, a visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 1:00 pm – 1:45pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral Service.
The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Raymond Wilson and Rev. Elvis Anderson officiating.
Interment will follow at Westview Gardens Cemetery.
