He was born on January 1, 1956 to Carole and Sherry McAlexander.
Danny was a 1974 graduate of Atlanta High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working in the yard and collecting things.
He was proceeded in death by his father.
Danny was survived by his mother Sherry McAlexander of Atlanta, TX; Daughters Traci Herring and husband Michael of Atlanta, Texas, Amy Duhon and husband Roger of Bloomburg, TX; Sister Debbie Martin and husband Will of Atlanta, TX; Grandchildren Austin Duhon, Halli Berry and husband James, Marissa Duhon, Nicolas Herring and Cullen Duhon; Great Granddaughter Riverlynn Berry; Nephews Casey Kindred and wife Regan and Shane Terry; Niece Melissa Shelton and husband Bubba; Great Nieces and Nephews Brent Walker, Ava Shelton, Alivia Shelton, Chase Kindred, Alli Kindred and Charlee Kindred.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Felicia Whatley with Pallicare and all the amazing staff at both Heritage Home Health and Heritage Hospice.
Per his wishes, Danny will be cremated and the family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
