He was deeply loved by his great-aunts and uncles, including Teresa (Stormy), Phil, Julie, and many others who preceded him in passing. Dante was a treasured nephew to Lori and Frank Prado, Kenneth Harden, Kennan Anderson, Sammie McCaskill Jr. (Godfather), Brian Hicks, Tavares Griffin and the late Jeraline L. Lewis, ESQ.
His memory lives on in the hearts of his many cousins and countless others who adored him. Dante's warmth, love, and spirit will be forever remembered by his extended family and friends.
Memorial Services Saturday July 12, 2025 from 10 AM to 2 PM at Cappetta's West Suburban Funeral Home & Cremation Services 4920 Main St., Downers Grove
Immediately following Memorial Visitation at the funeral home
Downers Grove Park District Rec Center, 4500 Belmont Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Dante, It was an honor to have you as our daughter´s therapist. You may have only worked with her for a short time, but you made an impact in our lives (not just hers, ours). Our daughter is not fond of most male therapists, but you were the only one she liked which said a lot about your character. We are so nice, kind, pleasant and had a contagious energy that everyone loved. I guess it is family trait because your sister has it as well. My daughter loved to work with both of you and you brought joy to life. Rest in peace friend and condolences to your family. A young soul lost to soon. Rest in peace Dante.

Dante was a co-worker who became a friend that learned my literal ways of gift giving. He knew I was extra and always had a theme specific for that person. I can´t express enough what he meant as someone who was there when you needed support. He was there to celebrate the accomplishments my kids achieved. What can I say that hasn't already been said, Dante was a great person all around & the world lost that glimmer too soon. I was always impressed with how much he did in ONE DAY, he truly lived everyday like it was his last & I'm so proud of everything he accomplished in his short time in this world. Rest easy Dante, your depth of support and compassion for others was always bottomless, and we were brothers from the day we met. We always found time to catch up and no matter the space in between it was, as if we never missed a beat. I´ll miss our game chats, late night calls to check up on each other, and of course knowing that we were keeping each other honest with ourselves. Every day I knew you, you made me and the others around you better. You were a great man, and a greater friend.

Dante. I´ve been struggling to find the right words to say during this grieving process but I want you to know you were such an amazing person. So down to earth, funny, intelligent , supportive, dependable and kind. You truly touched the lives of so many people and you left a beautiful legacy. I had fun with you at the ABC Aurora center, at cohort in TX and outside of work. I enjoyed your random Saturday popups on your motorcycle to make sure I was doing ok at the center. I loved that over time we found out we had so much in common from our hobbies, aspirations , favorite color being orange, and our constitutionally bound sorority and fraternity doing so much good in the community for the Autism community. Dante, you are a truly amazing person inside and out. I loved your passion, drive, and compassion that you put towards everyone you met and everything you did. You truly loved to make yourself better each and every day for the kiddos you help and the staff you mentored. You were humble in all you did and such a great sport. We had many great laughs together and you never took anything too seriously which was one of my favorite things about you. We played jokes on each other to make the hard days easier and those are some of the memories that I will take with me forever. My heart goes out to Dante´s family, friends, and to the children and families he worked so closely with throughout his career. I feel truly fortunate to have had the privilege of meeting him at work last year. He was the kind of coworker everyone loved to have around; he was kind, funny, incredibly passionate, and hard-working. He could brighten anyone´s day with just one conversation, and he would always go out of his way to make a child smile.
I always admired how Dante still made time to pursue his passions outside of work, even while giving so much to his job and education. He was even going to photograph my wedding this summer. All of this is just to say that Dante is deeply missed by many, including myself, but he truly left everything he touched better.

I was fortunate to meet Dante at a time in my life where I felt the support for what I was doing wasn´t as solid as I hoped it would be. Dante came and showed nothing but support and gratuity while telling me I was doing everything the right way. We built a bond through business but also friendship. The man behind the lense, Dante was more than just a human walking this Earth. He was the definition of what one of Gods children should look like. He adored his family, and always shared with me how much his parents and sister supported him; and it always reminded me of my family. I´ll miss those deep conversations, interactions with other creatives, and what the future held for us; but the journey will never stop for you my friend.

Dante was such a bright light in our center, someone who we could always count on to show up or simply ask if anyone needed anything. He was always giving support to others while also seeking ways that he could grow himself. He always had something to talk with us about, whether it about his photography gigs, or another passion that he was exploring. From the first day I met him, just 8 months ago, I could feel his compassion and sincere care for the individuals he worked with, and literally everyone around him. I am so proud of him and all that he did in this short time on Earth, and am so lucky to have been impacted by his warmth, kindness and big heart - the way that he made others feel will live on forever. I never personally got to meet him. The one day I did was on that terrible night when I had responded to the accident as a volunteer to help the investigation and seeing him there broke my heart knowing that someone out there lost a big part of their life and didn´t know it.
