Dante J. Muoio, 42, of Brick NJ formerly of Voorhees NJ, passed away on August 12, 2024.
Dante will always be remembered for his loveable, kind demeanor as well as being a very handsome man. He was extremely hardworking and was a kid at heart. One of his prized possessions was his impressive sneaker collection. He had many special edition collectable sneakers as well as ones he could wear. Dante loved music and sports. As a child and teenager, he played baseball and basketball on organized teams. He loved cars and he would customize them with special lights and other things. He installed a boom box in his car and you always knew when he pulled up to the house. He could not wait to show his father and others all the things he had done to his cars. He was a jack of all trades and was good at everything he tried.
He graduated from Rowan University with a BS in Business. He worked in business and finance for a while but soon learned that his true love was working more with his hands. He had a landscaping business, he worked in the internet, FIOS, and Cable TV business and more recently as an assistant manager for a good-sized seafood business with plans to expand and become a partner of the company.
He had a great sense of style and enjoyed shopping for the latest trends. Some of the family's fondest memories are crabbing together down the shore, walking along the boardwalk with Dante, going to sporting events together, playing with our beloved dog Max, and working together on projects at home.
He was a wonderful son, brother, and friend and it was the special bond between him and his nieces and nephew that most will remember. He was always there for them and they were always thrilled when they saw him. He loved his mother and always carried her picture after she passed and they are now at peace together. He always helped his father when he needed it. Dante helped his sister and brother with many things including with the kids, their house, and personal things.
Loving son of Vincent A. Muoio, Sr., (Connie) and the late Maureen A. Muoio (nee Pacione). Dear brother of Vincent A. Muoio, Jr., Sabrina Muoio-Drakas and step brother of Kellie Bade (Jonathan). Cherished uncle of Leila, Anderson, Vianna and step uncle to Mateya and Sasha. He is also survived by his beloved cat, Jackson, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 10:30AM to 12:00PM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. White Horse Pike Berlin, NJ 08009.
Funeral Service will begin at 12:00PM. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 260 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ 08009.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Dante's memory to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage at 419 Cooper Road, Voorhees, NJ, 08043.
