Daphine Nell Napoleone, age 85, passed away on December 8, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born on September 13, 1940, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Cecil and Ruth Lewis.
Daphine received her GED and later married the love of her life, Rudy Napoleone, on August 27, 1955, in Albuquerque. They shared 70 wonderful years together.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Ruth Lewis.
Daphine is survived by her husband, Rudy Napoleone of Albuquerque, NM; her children, Cindy (Tim) of Albuquerque, NM; Greg (Janan) of Fort Worth, TX; and Susan (Chris) of Albuquerque, NM, her sister Lynn of Albuquerque, NM; brother-in-law Pat Napoleone (Corine) of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren Gregory, Garrett, Kyle, Kendall, and Keira; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Daphine was employed as a Manufacturing Technician for 55 years. She was also a proud member of I.A.T.S.E. International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees for 20 years and served as a Business Agent for 4 years. She enjoyed traveling and spending time at the casino.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. The family extends their gratitude to Gentiva Hospice and Aldea House Assisted Living for their care and support.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services – Sara Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho. A service will take place on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Burial will follow on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services – Sara Chapel.
