Darin Lee Simpson

Darin Lee Simpson, 33, of Martinsville, was taken from his loved ones unexpectedly on Saturday, September 9th, 2023. He was pronounced dead at the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis after an unwarranted altercation at work at the TA Truck Stop in Clayton, Indiana.
Darin was born in Martinsville, Indiana, on Monday, September 25th, 1989, to Danny Jo Simpson and Rebecca Kay (Montgomery) Dillow. He had lived his entire life in Martinsville and had been employed at the truck stop since May of 2022. He thoroughly enjoyed is job at the truck stop and on his spare time he loved to watch movies, especially Chicago P.D., and listen to music.
He leaves behind a host of loving family including his wife, Amberly Dawn (Neville) Simpson of Martinsville, IN; mother and stepfather, Becky and Chris Dillow of Martinsville, IN; father and stepmother, Danny and Barbie Simpson of Martinsville, IN; sons, Elijah and Issac; daughter, Nikyiah; brother, Dustin Joe Simpson of Martinsville, IN; sister, Heather Simpson of Martinsville, IN; step children, Nevaeh, Jasmine, Gerald, Kaydence and Arilyn; and nieces and nephew, Isaiah, Hannah and Millie.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, September 22nd, 2023, beginning at 1:00 pm in New South Park Cemetery on Poston Road in Martinsville, where he will be laid to rest.
