Benson, NC: Mrs. Darla M. Barefoot, age 80, of Meadowbrook Road passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Springbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation in Clayton. The Barefoot Family will be holding private services.
Mrs. Barefoot was born on November 16, 1942 in Washington State to the late Calvin and Mavis Shuman Michaud. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Barefoot. Mrs. Barefoot retired from retail.
Surviving includes her daughter, Lori Evans and partner, John Scrimenti of Clayton; sons, Barry Price of Oregon, Tim Price of Montana; granddaughter, Brittany McLeod of Wilmington, NC; grandson, Xopher Evans of Clayton; several great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Hilton of Washington State; brother, Jim Boyd of Washington State; several nieces and nephews.
