Darlene Houston Obituary
In loving memory of Darlene L. Houston, age 71, who passed away unexpectedly on December 10, 2023 at her home in Marion, Ohio. Born on July 27, 1952 to the late Virgil and Marguerite (Price) Cramer in Marion, Darlene devoted her life to the joys of family and close friendships. She found profound happiness in spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter. She also embraced the warmth of spiritual connection, attending church with her daughter, finding solace and community in those shared moments of faith.
Darlene's memory is lovingly embraced by those she leaves behind, including her children: Sharon (Larry) Meade, Charlie (Shawnda) Houston, Sam (Jessica) Houston, and Lora McMahan. Additionally, she is fondly remembered by several cherished grandchildren. Darlene was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Kelley, and her legacy lives on through the hearts of those who cherish the moments they've shared with her.
A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Friday, December 29, 2023, at the Espyville Baptist Church, located at 805 Espyville Rd. N, Marion, Ohio 43302.
