Darlene (Bryant) Langley, 63, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Born on October 5, 1961, she was the beloved daughter of the late Alvin "Junior" and Jana Lee (Roberts) Bryant.
Darlene lived a life filled with enjoying music, concerts or being immersed in a good movie. Card games were a favorite pastime for her, serving as cherished moments spent with family and friends. A true animal lover, Darlene had a special bond with dogs and treasured the time she got to spend with her beloved companion, Clyde, whom she missed dearly.
She is survived by her daughters, Jamie Beaven and Lindsey Beaven (Brian Bates); granddaughter, Jaelynn Beaven; brother, Larry Bryant; as well as many good friends and extended family members.
A visitation will be held in her honor on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m., after which cremation will follow according to Darlene's wishes.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter (201 Willinger Lane, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
