She was preceded in death by her daughter Karen Spencer, brother William Beasley and granddaughter Jessica Musick.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Roger (Carol) Musick, Edward (Anissa) Musick, Linda Marie Musick; her 7 grandchildren Carla Barr, Roger Lee Musick, Brittney Ingrao (Roberto), Tyler Musick, Tahnee Raquel Musick, Hunter Scarborough, Zara Manzak and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Graham Newell and her aunt Judy Elliott.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens located at 524 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, Va. The family will receive friends & family 30 minutes prior to the service.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Aunt Darlene. She was a wonderful woman. She loved her family dearly and she will be missed by so many. You all are in my thoughts and prayers during the days and months ahead. May you find peace and comfort that she is finally resting pain free in the arms of our Lord. With love Tishia Vaughan (King) and family.
