Darlene was born June 8, 1954, the daughter of Ollie Jackson and Peggy Faye (Myers) in Hazard, Kentucky. She was united in marriage to Paul Edward Vice on May 5, 1978, in Franklin, OH. She was a lifelong CNA at Lantern Park Care Center. She loved spending time with family, coloring, eating ice, and fresh flowers.
Survivors include children Veronica (Jeremy) Gatlin of Riverside, IA, Robert Lee (Pam Pederson) of Cedar Rapids, IA, and brother Bill (Tammy) Jackson of Franklin, OH. Grand-children Emily K. (Chris), Kaitlyn Nicole (Adam Carl), Kyler Emory, Miami Vice, Arthor Douglas, step grand-daughter Larissa Kay. One great-grandson Jaxson, and dog Daisy.
Preceded Darlene in death were her parents, husband Paul, three brothers Paul Ray, Ronald Joe, Stevie, one sister Nanna Gail, granddaughter Kimberly Renee, and great-grandson Keagan James.
