He was born September 28, 1953, in St. Louis, Mo., the son of Lawrence Edward Brown and Dorothy Irene (Whiteaker) Brown. Darrell served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base for several years. He liked to fish and go to garage sales.
Survivors include a daughter, Angela Owens, Oklahoma; a son, Darrell Brown Jr (Tina Warren), Knob Noster, Mo.; 5 grandchildren, Haley Owens, Taylor Owens, Seth Brown, Amanda Warren, and Ashley Warren; 2 great-grandchildren, Landon Burnett and Kannon Arreola; a brother, Larry Brown; and several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son-in-law, Tyrone Owens; 2 brothers, Ralph Brown and Kenny Brown; and 2 sisters, Joyce Correll and Betty Lanning.
No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
