Darrell Hamm Obituary
Darrell was a 1974 graduate of Matoaka High School. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy, where he served as a gunner's mate. He graduated from Basic Electricity and Electronics school in Great Lakes, Michigan. He enjoyed camping, especially in the Jefferson National Forest. Darrell loved the Lord, was baptized and enjoyed reading his Bible.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Hamm and Mark Hamm.
Survivors include one son, Kevin Hamm of Princeton; two brothers, Greg Hamm and Gary Hamm both of Princeton; and one sister, Tammy Sherman and husband Thomas of Mooresville, NC.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2024 at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Tom Carpenter officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the Mercer County Veterans Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 26, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton. Online condolences may be shared with family at www.bailey-kirk.com.
