We are saddened to share that Darrell Brent LeBleu "Bleu" a cherished husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, at the age of 66. Born on September 10, 1958, in Eunice, Louisiana, Darrell’s journey through life took him to Meaux, Louisiana, where he made lasting memories and connections.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at St. Paul Cemetery with Fr. Nicholas DuPre' officiating.

Bleu leaves behind his beloved wife of 36 years, Rebecca LeBleu; son, Hunter LeBleu and wife Ellen; daughter, Ellan LeBleu; and baby boy LeBleu - grandson due May 2025; along with family and friends, will forever hold him close in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonce LeBleu and the former Ella Ledoux; and granddaughter, Sadie Marie LeBleu.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville on Sunday, December 29, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary prayed at 7:00 PM; Monday, December 30, 2024, from 8:00 AM until 1:45 PM when the procession will depart for Church.
