Carolyn Faye LeBleu

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Carolyn Faye LeBleu passed away at the age of 69. Carolyn was born on Sunday, December 4, 1955, in Ville Platte, Louisiana and was a lifelong resident whose roots in the community ran deep. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte. Carolyn will be laid to rest alongside her parents in the Platin Cemetery.

Carolyn was a proud high school graduate of Vidrine High School and furthered her education with business courses at Louisiana State University at Eunice, equipping herself with the skills necessary to excel in her career. Carolyn's professional journey was marked by her dedication as a secretary, a role in which she showcased her independent spirit and strong work ethic.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carolyn was known for her love of animals, particularly her fondness for cats, which brought her joy and companionship. She had a passion for the outdoors, often spending her time tending to her yard and garden, where she found solace and fulfillment in nurturing nature.

Carolyn leaves behind her dear uncle, John Carol LeBleu, and his wife, Juanita, along with numerous cousins from both her mother and father’s sides of the family. They will carry forward the memories of her warmth and lively spirit. Carolyn was predeceased by her parents, Newman and Anna Lee Guillory LeBleu, and her brother, James Newman LeBleu, who will undoubtedly greet her with open arms.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Thursday, October 23, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Ville Platte, where a prayer service will follow at 11:30 AM.

Carolyn Faye LeBleu will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, independence, and love for life will be cherished forever in the hearts of her loved ones.
