Darrell Petrosius Obituary
He was born on November 18, 1978 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to James Charles and Sara Marie Petrosius.
On August 18, 2006 he married Jeanette, who survives.
Darrell was a wonderful father who would do anything for his children. He worked as a production supervisor for many years at GAF. Darrell had a long and courageous battle with cancer for the past two and a half years. He was the family mechanic who enjoyed working on cars with his children, fishing and camping. Most of all Darrell loved spending time with his children and family. He was greatly loved and will be truly missed.
Also surviving are his parents; sons, Matt Petrosius and Jayden Petrosius; daughters, Alida Petrosius, Alexiss Petrosius, Makenzie Petrosius, Sara Petrosius, and Cecelia Petrosius; brothers, Daniel and Jacob Petrosius; sister, Audra Petrosius; along with many nieces.
A service celebrating his life will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., at Temple Israel, 1405 Evans Ave, Valparaiso, In 46383. Lakeview Funeral Home and Crematory, 247 W. Johnson Rd., La Porte, (219)-362-3100, is caring for the arrangements.
