Darrell was a talented mechanic who could fix anything. He enjoyed mowing grass, working on vehicles, and tinkering with anything mechanical. His skills and determination were matched by his love for simple, hands-on work.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Darrell Stone and Bill Witt, Jr.
Darrell is survived by his mother, Carol Sue Witt; father, Michael Stover; grandmother, Jean Stone; and his daughter, Megan Stover.
A tribute to the life of Darrell will be 7:00 PM Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, prior to the service. Burial will be in Haven of Rest Memory Gardens, Red House.
