Darren D. Adams

Darren Douglas Adams, 46 of Centralia, passed away Sunday November 23, 2025 at the Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.

Family and friends are invited to Darren's Life Celebration at 10:00 AM Monday, December 1, 2025, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia, with burial to follow in the Glendale Memorial Gardens.

A Masonic Service will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home prior to visitation.

Viitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the funeral home.

Darren was born on April 18, 1979, in Mexico, Missouri, the son of Randall Dean and Barbara (Benskin) Adams.

Darren was a 1997 graduate of Centralia High School, attending Ottawa University where he participated on the golf team.

Darren married Michelle Zimbelmann on June 14, 2003, in Centralia and she survives.

Along with his wife Michelle, Darren is survived by his children, Ethan Adams, Olivia Adams, Avery Adams, and Alden Adams; mother, Barbara Adams; sister, Kristin Adams Vargas; mother-in-law, Linda Zimbelmann.

Darren was preceded in death by his father Randall Dean Adams, his grandparents, Bill and Wilma Hase and Ernie and Betty Jo Adams father-in-law, Larry Zimbelmann.

Darren joined Adams Realty in 1999 as a partner with his father, Randy. He carried on the family business while running his construction company Designed Innovations.

He was a huge advocate and supporter of the Centralia Community, and the Centralia Schools. Darren won the Centralia Betterment Award in 2018. He developed several subdivisions in Centralia, and was always looking to make Centralia a better place to live.

He enjoyed golfing, flying, boating on the lake with his family, being outdoors, working with construction equipment, watching sports, spending time with his friends, but most of all he loved his children, spending time with them, watching them grow and following them in all their activities and sports.

Darren served on the Advisory Board for Central Bank, was a member of the Kiwanis Club, helped with Builders Club, a member of several area Realtor Associations. Darren was a Member of the Masonic Lodge #59.
