Darren Owens Obituary
Darren grew up in Denton, Texas, and graduated in 1989 from Denton High School where he gained interest in orchestra playing the Cello and later became a professional Cellist. Darren attended Baylor University where he studied at the Baylor School of Music. He graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Music degree. Darren later married Jeanelle Owens, started his family, and moved to Seattle, Washington, where he lived for 15 years. He leaves behind two children Layla and Isaiah Owens.
He also leaves behind his loving mother, Paula, and father Lewis Owens. A host of Aunties and Cousins will miss him always!
A service of love will be held Saturday, March 25th, 2023, at 1:00 pm in Maxey Funeral Home Chapel 643 3rd St. NE, Paris, TX 75460. Chaplain Stephanie Frazier- Williams will serve as Eulogist and Pastor Larry Dixon officiant.
