Darrius Tremayne Roberson

Darrius Tremayne Roberson-Tobias was born Thursday, April 23, 1992 to the late Barbara Jo Roberson and Lester Tobias.
At an early age, Darrius professed Christ. He sung in the youth choir at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor P. W. Wallace and at New Lincoln Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor A.R. Evans. He later joined The House of Intercession (T.H.O.I.) under the Pastorship of Dr. E.D. White, Sr.
Darrius was a great father, and loved his girls. He loved shooting pool, fishing, and riding horses. Darrius loved playing basketball where amongst his peers on the court he earned the nickname "D-Wade". He has always had a passion for motorcycles ever since he was little because both parents were members of the Austin Chapter Humpin' People Motorcycle Club.
Darrius wore many hats and became a jack of all trades over the years. He worked at Meals on Wheels where he was a cook in the kitchen, plus a few other roles. Darrius had a lawn care service where he serviced his clients' lawns with great care and was known as a very handy-dandy man. He made everything look so easy to be fixed and made it work just how it needed to.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jo Roberson; grandmothers, Clara M. Harper and Melvina Tobias; grandfathers, William J. Cavanaugh, Harry C. Harper, and Daniel Tobias; uncles, Robert Ockletree, Lloyd Cavanaugh, and Harry C. Harper Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Raquel Roberson; his father, Lester Tobias; one sister, Felicia Scott; two brothers, Jesse L. Scott Jr., Terrance (Denicia) Roberson; two daughters, KeeToya Trelynn Scott-Roberson and her mom, Jymie Carter and Amari Trenice Roberson and her mom, Raquel Roberson. Darrius also leaves his aunts, Frances Cavanaugh, Michelle Cavanaugh-Williams; Chester, Norval Harper (2nd Mom), Crystal Harper, and Sandra Harper; uncles, Jesse B. Scott, Zachary Cavanaugh, Gregory Cavanaugh, William J. Cavanaugh, Joshua Tobias and Calvin Tobias.
He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to cherish in his memories along with special friends Victor Rosales, Louis Johnson, and Noel Fuller.
