Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Grady Pendley officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m at Sosebee Funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Geneva Blanton; brothers, Jimmy Blanton and Wayne Blanton and baby sisters, Rebecca and Robin; survivors include his children, Daniel Blanton (Jennifer) and Brandy Pendley (Harold); grandchildren, Dalton Blanton, Shianne Pendley, Jaden Pendley and Aleah Blanton; sisters, Juanita Carder (Ricky Gibson) and Regina Holcombe (Johnny); as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

My Deepest Sympathy to all the Blanton Family. ( Wanda Tipton Blanton ) Darryl's Sister-in-law that was married to the late Wayne Blanton, also my late Brother-in-Law. Two Brothers reunited in Gods Kingdom Amen . Peace and Love to them all. God is Love.

I am so sorry for your loss. My sincere and deepest sympathy and condolences. When I was in grammar school I´d come home with Juanita. It was so much fun at y´all´s house. God be with each of you and comfort you.
