Darwin L. Hurd, age 53, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025 in Warsaw, Indiana. Born on June 17, 1972, in Warsaw, Indiana to his parents, Frank and Penny (Jarvis) Hurd. He married Jody Miller on May 27, 2016 in Elkhart, Indiana.
Darwin is survived by his wife, Jody L. Hurd of Warsaw; children, Keshia Hurd, Alayzia Miller, Tommy Miller, Jameson Goney, and Landon Goney, all of Warsaw. He took great pride in being a loving father and a cherished grandfather to his three grandchildren, whose lives he enriched with his gentle spirit and warm-hearted nature. In addition to his immediate family, Darwin is also survived by his sisters, Mary (Patrick) Burleson of Etna Green and Missy (David) Blake of Warsaw. Their shared memories and laughter will continue to honor his legacy. Darwin was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Penny (Jarvis) Hurd, whose love and guidance shaped him into the compassionate man many knew and admired.
Darwin found joy in watching Denver Broncos football and Chicago Bulls basketball, indulging in a love for movies, and engaging in friendly games of dice. He relished every moment spent with family, always prioritizing their happiness and well-being.
