Daryl A. LaBarron

Daryl A. LaBarron, 62, of Owego, NY, unexpectedly passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024 as a result of an automobile accident. Daryl was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Patsy LaBarron; sister, Leslie LaBarron. He is survived by his wife, Denise LaBarron; his children, Marie (Guion) LaBarron, Lynn and Tommy Peters, Laura LaBarron, Thomas and Kristi Getzke, Stephanie (Zach) Sundgren, Christina Sundgren, Matthew Sundgren; seven grandchildren, Amabel, Eliza, Rose, Evie, Stella, Addison, Ellie and one more on the way; brother, Steven LaBarron. Daryl owned and operated SP Stamos and Associates, Inc., Owego, NY. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisher. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with Pastor Brian Scanlon, officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Daryl LaBarron's memory to the Tioga County Sportsmen's Association, 1141 Carmichael Road, Owego, NY 13827.
