Daryl "Hippie" Milam

Daryl "Hippie" Milam, age 59, of Qulin, MO, died Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at his residence in Qulin. Mr. Milam was born September 26, 1965 in Poplar Bluff, MO, son of the late Billie and Ethel Milam (neé Tiff). He was a lifelong farmer and always worked hard in all that he did.
On December 20, 1983, he married Janie Yandell Milam. She survives. Also surviving are three children: Amy Yandell Liau of Qulin, MO, Beth Milam and Kelly (Blake) Eaton, both of Poplar Bluff, MO; five grandchildren: Bridggett Morris, Shelby Shipman, Wade Woodham, Kailynn Woodham, and Zaydyn Eaton; four great grandchildren: Daxe Rogers, Jackson Shipman, Atlas Rogers and Braxton Shipman; two sisters: Kathy (Ed) Howard and Judy Jones, both of Poplar Bluff, MO; one brother: Rick "Strawberry" Milam of Broseley, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son: Derick Yandell and one grandchild: Blair Eaton.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 17, 2025 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 PM at Qulin Cemetery in Qulin with Rev. Gene Riddle officiating.
