Funeral services for Dave Fullner age 85 of Wisner, NE will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wisner, NE with Pastor Jared Hartman officiating. Interment will be in the Wisner Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Minnick Funeral Home in Wisner is assisting with the arrangements. The family suggests that memorials be directed to the Cuming County Fair Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choosing in Dave's name.
Dave passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at the Providence Medical Center in Wayne, NE.
David Lyle Fullner was born on August 19, 1939 in Beemer, NE to Adolph and Lydia (Ott) Fullner. He was baptized on September 16, 1939 and later confirmed on April 11, 1954 at St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Beemer, NE. Dave attended St. John's Lutheran Parochial School and Beemer High School. He began farming at an early age.
On February 14, 1960, he was united in marriage to Jerri Sievers at St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Beemer, NE. The couple lived in Omaha, where Dave worked for Graham Buick. They returned to Wisner, where Dave worked for the Farmer's Union Coop, Herman Dinklage, Jr, and began working for Bill Holland in 1978.
Dave was an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wisner, he was an avid collector, he wanted to preserve farming history to educate the next generations. Dave and Jerri loved attending all of their grandchildren's activities.

Andrew and Nicollete Uden and children-Asher, Rosie and Oliver
Son-Rick and Cori Fullner of Columbus, NE and family-
Reid and Liz Fullner and son-Thomas
Cole and Katie Fullner and daughter-Lily
Cade Fullner
Sister-in-law-Marilyn Fullner
Dave was preceded in death by his parents-Adolph and Lydia Fullner, and siblings-Alwin Fullner, Mary Ann and Leland Libbe, Helen and Reynold Stark, and Myron Fullner.
