David Allen Adkins, age 50 of Lakeland, Florida. Passed away in the care of hospice on September 26, 2025. He was born on January 22, 1975, to Alice and Jerry Combs.

David is survived by his beloved significant other Kim Comkowycz of Lakeland, Fl. Children; Serenity of West Virginia. Levi Adkins (Dakota Homested) of Springfield, Ohio.

Stepchildren; Charlotte Comkowycz of Lakeland, Fl. Grandchildren, Kali, and Khloe in Sidney, Ohio. Kalista Varee Adkins of Springfield, Ohio

Mother; Alice Combs of Lakeland FL.

Father; Jerry Combs of West Virginia.

Brother; Timothy Adkins of Bradford, Ohio.

Nieces; Lacie Earick (Joshua Earick) of Piqua, Ohio. Adrian Jenkins (Josh Jenkins) of St Petersburg, Fl. McKenzie Harris (Clay Smith) of Covington, Ohio. Two nephews; Austin Abdon of Piqua, Ohio. Sylar Harris of Troy, Ohio Uncles; Deano Adkins (Deb Adkins) of Covington, Ohio. Kenny Adkins of Lutz Fl. Many cousins and beloved friends.

He is preceded in death by his son, Dustin Adkins. Grandparents; Annitta Daniels and Kenneth Leon Adkins Senior. Brother; Jeremy Combs,

David was outgoing and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.
