David Ales, age 66, of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025. He was born on May 17, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, to William and Vicki (Brock) Ales.
David is survived by his wife of 42 years, Carrie (Misch) Ales; two sons, David (Quinn) Ales Jr., Scott M. (Dana Barack) Ales; three grandchildren, Brooke, Jace and Skylar Ales; his mother, Vicki Carlson; siblings, Debbie, Randy, Dawn, Angela, Christopher, Tonya, Daniel; sister in law, Penny (Curt) Pence; two cousins, Shawna Oakes, Andrea Climer; and many extended family and friends.

David lived, loved, and fought hard. He worked hard to provide his family and himself a lifetime of memories. David and Carrie shared a bond that could never be broken. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and his grandchildren were his life. He was genuine and his love for those in his life was real. David was very proud of his son's and their accomplishments. His work ethic was passed on to them, and David's memory will live on through his family. He fought like a warrior against his illness for the last ten years.
